Let’s look at Alex’s mindset…
Alex came to me with a desire to shift negative thinking, addiction, and a few other behaviors. He also wanted to begin to share more with those around him. He said, “My mindset and thinking are weighing me down.” His fast climb to success was astounding, but he felt like something was off without his inner sense of alignment and clarity. He was ready to fix it.
He experiences pretty big setbacks in early adulthood, which he couldn’t shake off. Everything that he wanted to achieve next was always tied to what happened in his 20s.
We began by asking deeper questions about a vision for his life. We started at the end with how he wanted to be remembered. We then determined what it means to be a leader of his team and his company. We looked at false inner narratives that weren’t serving this next phase of his leadership. Through this work, it became clear the habits that were holding him back. With a personalized plan, accountability, and a few other self-awareness techniques, he quickly advanced, let go of what was holding him back, and ultimately dropped into that mental clarity and state of peace that he was initially after.
Let’s explore Stephen’s transformation around anger…
Stephen came to me to help him with his terse responses to those around him. Although he was succeeding in his corporate role, he saw his relationships at work suffering, and he knew this would eventually come back to bite him. Stephen recognized he was repeating patterns from childhood. He would lash out, almost an identical response to what he experienced at home growing up. He had worked with a therapist for 3-years before meeting me, and although he appreciated what he learned, it wasn’t moving the needle when it came to changing the behavior. No matter how hard he worked at it he couldn’t change his leadership style with talk therapy alone.
We started with EMDR and a resetting of old memory to ‘clear the slate,’ if you will. This way, we could slow down the response mechanism and shift his aversion to certain stimuli from his team. Then, through a series of behavioral change techniques, including mindfulness, breathwork, and observation, we could see a fast transformation around his anger at work.
The team is working under a ‘new manager’ in many ways. As part of the plan, Stephen is educated on how his team sees him differently. There’s less anger and more potential for a cohesive environment.
A look at a medical injury…
Vanessa came to me after a medical injury. The medical team made a mistake during an operation, and afterward, there was a series of cascading events.
She knew something was off. You put your trust in your medical team. No one expects them to make a mistake, but unfortunately, it happens.
Through a series of BodyTalk sessions, we could uncover what her body needed to come back to balance. With an integrative modality like BodyTalk, the philosophy is that the body can recover and heal from ALL maladies if given what is needed. Typically, medical advice is very well-meaning, but it has its limits. When the body’s wisdom guides your healing and we approach the body as a system, we can see miraculous turnarounds.
BodyTalk should not replace modern medicine but should be integrated to support the speediest possible recovery.
Vanessa and I continue to work together, further developing a connection with her body’s intuitive ability to heal. Vanessa’s custom healing program gives her hope, pain cessation, and a clear vision for her permanent well-being.

In my sessions, I act as a life coach and use biofeedback and mind/body balancing.
